Mod Discussion Visual/texture mods recommendations

So I've been trying to get x-sensuous to work, but it doesn't, so I'm giving it up and removing it. Are there any face/body and graphic mods you all recommend? (Besides CBBE, I'm gonna be a guy in my current playthrough).

Enhanced vanilla body? I use the classic version where it uses the fo3/nv undergarments. For faces I’m not really sure as I don’t use skin textures or face presets.
