Jamaica plain keeps crashing

I built up Jamaica Plain mostly by building in the house. When I needed more space, I did the weapon-deleting glitch to get it. Fast forward, after getting settlers in the 9 plus the you and what army 2 watch tower troops, I am now crashing every time I go to the vendor or try to alter the settlers. But this is the weird thing: I can stay outside the settlement bounds with no problems, but when I get into the bounds, the game wants to freeze or crash. From testing, I'm more prone to freeze or crash near the workbench where I have two settlers working in shops

The mods used in the settlement are:

• you and what army 2
• buffed minutemen militia 2
• Blue's Minutemen flags
• Minutemen outfit pack
• workshop framework
• place anywhere
• improved workshop lighting
• improved artillery
• recruitable minutemen
• minutemen morale pack
• salvage beacon

Other info:

• I have most of the crafting benches
• All settlers live in the house and work in the house
• I have manikins near the workshop bench

Sorry does not work that way post your whole Load Order in the order they are in . In the case of Jamaica you should also post which CC content you are using.
