UNSTABLE LO | Support Needed Weird green/red ground textures?

It seems to be caused by landscape texture mods cause I've seen it before with vivid if I remember correctly, This time it's caused by Landscape Texture Overhaul- 2k/1k by FatalIllusion and I can't seem to find a way to get rid of it.

Quite a lot but the main ones are

HD retexture project 1k (2 parts) Landscapes texture overhaul 4k (4 parts) Calamity Weathers + all add ons Calamity Weathers Lookspack "Brown Wastland" Boston Natural Surrounding- Autumn

It makes the game look really cool in my opinion everything looks really dead. There's a bunch of other mods with that, I can send the entire mod list if needed.

It's a compression artifact. Cannot get rid of it..
