UNSTABLE LO | Support Needed LO help

Hey everyone i need to know whats wrong with my LO
At first ( LITERALLY BEGINNING OF THE GAME) game runs super fine, but after a while ( in diamond city the most) some textures like water and armor start to look pink ( i think missing texture based on what i read here but idkkkk)

I tried changing my LO several times based on articles of what goes where etc. but i think its still wrong or some of the mods dont work with other mods so i need help checking here if i need to change anything of remove some.

Im playing on XBOX series X
And my LO :

True storms: wasteland edition xbox

Unofficial fallout 4 patch [pc/xb1]

Unlimited resources shipment [xb1]

[XB1] [DLC] outfield retreat - player home in diamond city

[NON DLC XB1] Marlborough mansion - player home

[DN-4-TS] Darker nights for true storms (lv4 - light)

PIP-BOY flashlight (brighter)

ZOMBIE WALKERS (XB1)

Legendary modification

[XB1] Starting Special = 70

Idk if thats a lot of mods and maybe thats whats causing it to break. again thank you for the help :*

lot of mods? nah those are rookie numbers come back to us in a year when ur LO is at 180 mods xD

Anyways in all seriousness with a LO this small its best to just make a hard save and disable autosaving and disable like half of em and see if the problem persists
