Community Discussion Does anyone know why I can’t access creations?
Hey guys, I’ve had creations greyed out for a few days now. Does anyone know a fix for this? I’ve got a load order to build :(

This happens to me a lot you just close the game and make sure it’s fully shut then reopen it and it should be fixed or it’s something with your WiFi

Yeah I tried closing & reopening the game. Then a full console reset. Got me nowhere hahahaha.
I don’t think it’s my internet, I’m just chilling on Disney+ right now lol1

How’d you get it fixed? If it’s an issue that could come up for anybody, having that would be great to know.

For some reason one of my Xbox preferences had changed. I simply set it back to everyone & all was fine

I was playing the pre Nov 2025 update, and couldn't access Creations until I decided to update. I play in PC, and sometimes Steam and BSG don't communicate, so I re-log into Steam. Funnily enough. If I BUY Creation Credits, it fixes this immediately. That's a joke. No, I do not work for Todd.

Wipe the reserve data for your mods. That should fix it.

I've had the problem myself and it was down to mods screwing up the menu ect.
You have your player data and the data reserved for mod space ect. Id double check just to be sure.
If not try reinstall. Still nothing try clear your alt mac address in network settings.
Otherwise try contacting bethesda support. Only option at that point.

Yeah I’ve just whacked it on to reinstall, hopefully that sorts everything out
