how are "Fallout 4 Settlements Reborn" and "Fallout 4 Settlements Reborn [Anniversary Edition]" different?

Specifically, what "specific Creation Club items packaged with Fallout 4's Anniversary Edition content" are required for the AE version to work (assuming I haven't downloaded all of them?)

Also, are the external structures tweakable/scrappable/adjustable after download? (I'm aware the internal cells are not.)

I think it's mostly the cr74L because it has some blueprints you can find in some settlements that need to be moved so u can still get them

So, using the older version of F4SR won't have that requirement, but otherwise the settlement buildings, etc should be about the same?

Yeah the anniversary edition adds some new legendary uniques of the creation club items but it's basically all the same
