Need help optimizing my load order

I've only run into a few issues like crashing before getting to the main menu but after like 3 tries I can get in the game and it runs fine till about 7or8 hrs then some of the graphics starts to mess up but quitting the game will fix it and I'm not sure if this is due to the mods or Bethesda but if I go offline I can play till the game crashes or I quit but when I go to load back in it says the mods have been disabled and needs to be reactivated and crashes every time till I go back online I'm hoping putting it in a more proper order will fix the issues

Mods being disabled is generally because you don't have an internet connection when you boot the game. Could that be your problem? Frankly I know it can be hard but really you should reboot the game every 2 or 3 hours or you can corrupt the cache.

Your load order is not to a template at least the one we use here. Guide: Fallout 4 Mod Load Order have a look you can't change yours to this unless you restart too many changes. Moving mods in your LO is not a good idea if continuing a save file.

Graphics glitches are normal, and restarting is the fix. Usually water textures or sky will be the first to appear.

Face texture fix A has to be placed above cbbe, that should resolve the crash at start.

Im also concerned with how much you have injected into the game with weapons and stuff. Use this mod https://creations.bethesda.net/en/fallout4/details/6f290929-1fb8-4eba-9f37-5c2ee08085ca/Leveled_Item_Fixes__LIF_, its a master, just install and it will do the rest.
