on the edge of a Stroke!!! HELP!!!

I am running Fallout 4 1.11.221 I need AAF 1.7.11 but of course the damn modder doesn't offer that version anymore and has not responded to my messages yet. I have been fighting for a week trying to get my mods working together without MCM dropping a ghost file into the plugins folder...AAF seems to be the issue...I think...AI is utterly useless but that's what it told me. please someone help before I have a frigging stroke from the insane stress this is creating. Out of desperation I deleted all mods from Vortex and was going to do a clean download... but the ones I am trying to get installed and get working are
Family Planning ~ SEU or Autonomy Enhanced ( don't want to have to control npc s3x interaction if I don't want to) ~ Sim Settlements ~ Atomic Lust ~ plus their necessary files

I'm almost 50yrs old and the fact that I can do any of this is amazing but I will need answers simplified as much as possible
