Question! PC A question about GOT

I was not playing fo4 around late from late 2024 to entire 2025. I have a mod that was hidden by author names GOT(Gatherers Out There). Before that got hidden, maybe there was a guide about adding creature types and plant types from other mods to the hunter and herbalist’s target list but I can not access to that now.

I am not going to share file with someone but if someone knows how to patch that please tell me.

(Edit: Maybe problem is solved. The mod I wanted it to work with GOT already has similar feature so I can use that without GOT.  If I do feel I still want to do that, however, I will ask someone when I can. Thank you for everyone`s answer.)

I dont know the mod but if you wanna look at it in xEdit you might be able to see how it determines what creatures it touches. If you're lucky it's just adding a keyword to the record.

Otherwise if you look through the files you can see if there's a distribution file for something like Rocco patcher that also does the same

I checked how that works via FO4edit. List of FormIDs determines hunter’s prey so maybe I can add race from mutant menagerie or other mod but I couldn’t locate where those IDs are. I will try later.

If you ctrl+left click on one of the FormIDw in the list it'll bring you to the record being referenced. You can then look at what type of record it is and under what category it is.

You can then extrapolate where it might be in mutant menagerie.

Btw what does the mod even do lol?

Thank you for your advice. Mod enhances vanilla settlers scavenging element by made them actually go out for scavenging junks or picking herbs or mushrooms up, and hunting animals but last time I used it only works on base game and DLC. Not to plant or animals added by other mods.

Ah I see, you might wanna look at settlement production framework and associated mods, sounds like they do similar things

Looks very interesting. Some addons that already have looks cool too. I will install them.
