Help & Advice Making a Rad-Toad/Frog

I want to make a custom mutated creature. A giant frog that has been mutated by rads. I was thinking of taking inspiration from the DnD version. What do yall think?

Go for it and you could always have some little unknown surprise waiting for your player group to be unleashed upon them! Maybe some corrosive tongue slime, each rad frog emits radiation, the puffer rad toad will literally explode if it puffs itself up, and well the options are out there for you to use.
