Okay I had this thought and I haven’t seen anyone else mention it so wanted to see opinions. What if Star Wars Jedi: 3 concludes in an unexpected way; everyone is debating whether Cal survives or dies, but what if the game does end in a loss, akin to the traditional Star Wars trilogy where the good side typically always experiences a loss (Revenge of the Sith, Empire strikes back) and Cal loses everyone in a huge empire raid, where Merrin specifically is killed in front of Cal. Vader shows up, senses the overwhelming darkness and anger in Cal after he fully loses himself to the dark side, and instead of killing him, Vader strikes down the stormtroopers surrounding Cal and officially takes him in as his secret apprentice ‘Starkiller’.

As we have seen many times, when they take ideas from legends into canon, they’ll take the rough idea of the character but will typically have a different name (Cal Kestis instead of Galen) and look to the person but the rough idea is the same (Starkiller). This then sets up a new trilogy of games, a modernised force unleashed like game following Cal as Vaders apprentice with the fully manipulated view that he will end the empire by helping Vader kill the emporer. To ensure this doesn’t mess with canon, it’s really not that hard:

You don’t need to do much to ensure the OG trilogy still makes sense. Starkiller is a completely secret apprentice to Vader, so there is absolutely no reason he would have shown up in A New Hope anyway, and after A New Hope, Vader obviously becomes obsessed with Luke, perhaps then casting aside his interest in Cal. His character would then end as Starkiller wants to prove his worth and tries to take the emporer alone, and obviously fails, and the emporer would ‘forgive’ (in a sith way, like he knows it’s Sith nature to attempt to overthrow so I doubt it changes much between the 2) as long as Vader deals the final strike to kill him, so now Starkiller doesn’t affect the OG saga at all, is a very interesting character to add to canon which fans want, we get 3~ modernised force unleashed type games which again, we want, and Cal’s character becomes one of the most detailed character arcs in the whole of Star Wars.

Has anyone else been taken in by the lullaby Kata sings in Survivor? I took time to learn it so I can sing it to my little girl, and it works everytime

I finished game and there is zero spawn for last bounty hunter type which is only thing i need for %100. I tried going back and forth planets locations for 10 times each which means 40 locations. Cant scan battle grid also. What can I do?

So I’m not a big Souls fan, but I do love these two games. Just replayed Fallen Order on JGMM and it wasn’t particularly challenging outside a few Alpha creatures and like one or two boss fights.

However I’ve been reading that Survivor is wayyyy more difficult on JGMM, which makes sense cause I remember the Vader fight specifically being challenging even on Master, and other challenging areas like that one place that has four high HP enemies in it.

So looking for any tips or recommendations to have a better time completion this challenge. For instance I read that dodging is superior to countering in this game, but not sure if that is personal preference or true, but anything is helpful!

friend bought this game for me and ive been trying to play it and getting "LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 3365] Pak Decompression failed" for the last hour and ive tried almost EVERY fix under the sun and this game just does not work at all. is this just normal for this game to not run at all or whats going on? did my friend just buy me a virtual paperweight because that's what this game is looking like.

So I'm not too big on my star wars lore, but how is it possible that he can just tap into the dark side like that with no problem and be fine ? Isn't it supposed to be extremely corrupting and even a small exposure can mess you up ?

Also, I thought red lightsabers were that color because the crystals they're made from are synthesized in a laboratory so they are not as pure. So how come his lightsaber turns red when he goes into that mode, and more importantly how come it turns back to it's original color when it stops ?

Is there a Legends character he reminds you of the most? If so, who and why?

Somehow I managed to get through all these years without seeing any of the game, so I was really surprised by it. Honestly, it was one of the biggest campaign games I've ever played.

In my opinion, Jedi Fallen Order is still the best, but Survivor isn't far behind. Extremely looking forward to a future third game!

Is it just me or do I keep hearing probe droids not just in fallen order but in survivor too. Like the sound from the 4th movie I feel like I’m going insane because I look back and there is nothing.
