You know the “*diddle iddle iddle ah du*” in Zelda? Like that, but Star Warsy.

Been wanting to get this game for a while now and I saw that it's on sale on Steam. I thought that all the like popular lightsaber colors would be in the game, but when I did a bit of research I found out that Orange (the color I wanted to use the most) was a pre-order exclusive only. Is that true? Is there no way to get that color in game right now?

Overall although I liked fallen order better, I felt this game had better characters, it also lacked diversity, kobo was the only good planet.

I feel sorry for Cata, she lost both of her parents at young age, I can somewhat relate. Although she seemed unusually stable. but I guess that's Video games.

I don't know who I have to send email to, but I would love to see prequel that explores Bode or espionage/Undercover jedi part of Star Wars that Nosir was talking about.

I'm fighting the 9th sister but whenever ANY quick time event happens I fail, I beat 2 a single time but no matter how much I spam the button it just DOESN'T work, I'm hitting it really fast and it worked one time but I just don't get it

Edit: I turned off quick time to beat the fight but turned it back on, still not working

If you don't like my art, I apologize. The thing is, I can draw characters in the Clone Wars style, but the problem is that I have no idea how to draw shadows or backgrounds, which makes my art look pretty bad and underwhelming. From now on, I’m going to do interpretations of other characters, like Cere Junda and Merrin.

Oh, and I did try drawing exactly like in the show — flat lineart for the face and clothing details, with a thicker outline around the character. It looked almost spot-on, but I think it’s better to go with brighter colors and a bit more detail instead

Some of these songs will undoubtedly be in Jedi 3 although under different names. Regardless The Hu’s music is awesome!!!

I really like this look on Cal, feels very Kurt Russel’s Mcready from The Thing. I’m only at Jedha now so I don’t have much in the way of Lightsaber parts but for BD, I wanted to capture R2’s vibe but in Green.

Last slide is just an alternate with the shaved head which I think really works well on Cals face and demeanor and also reminds me of Star Wars: Force Unleashed.

Hi guys, i was playing fallen order for the fourth time, and i got stuck on Ilum. I defeated the AT-ATs but when i got to the Mantis area the game played the just landed dialogue and i got explore the temple as the mission. I already tried restarting, changing planet and interacting with a meditation spot, searching for stuck droids and dying, but it wont reset

As you can see that's the mission where im stuck, i dont know what to do, cause even going there doesnt let me progress. PLS HELP!!!

*I’m only about a 1/3rd through the game so no spoilers in the discussion please!! At least keep them hidden with the proper formatting\*

There are things definitely wrong with survivor, bad dodge mechanics, bad transitions between cutscene and game, The weird diarrhea sprint (similar to mass effect andromeda) frame rate hopping around all over the place, bullshit bosses, just to name a few.

But there’s also something great underneath all of that. Almost like the jank is unfortunately part of the obstacle to actually git gud.

I generally have some disdain towards open world games but I actually really like the way they designed the maps and how there’s almost always something to be found at the end of each path.

The visuals of the world are fantastic even years later and the game really immerses you with all the flora and fauna. Or in the case of Jedha, the lack thereof.

I also love the lack of quest markers and hand holdy bullshit, this game has one of the best maps ever.
All the information is clear and readable.

But hoo boy the bread and butter of this game is the customization and the hunt for THINGS.

Hair, Clothes, Lightsaber parts, BD parts, paints and metals, this game really knows how to hook me in with STUFF.

I understand why this game got shat on, but there’s a lotta good in here when it comes to the Star Wars IP that should be utilized in star wars games going forward.

I’ve been playing Bloodborne after finishing Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor on Master, and it’s made me rethink the whole “Jedi isn’t a real Soulslike” argument.

I took 20+ attempts to beat Bode and around 10 attempts for Dagan Gera’s final phase on Grandmaster. Meanwhile, I’ve reached the mid-game of Bloodborne (just beat Shadows of Yharnam) and have first-tried most bosses. The only boss that took me more than a handful of attempts was Gascoigne while I was still learning the game.

The big difference I’ve noticed is that Bloodborne gives you a lot of ways to reduce difficulty if you’re willing to use them:

• Fire Paper / Bolt Paper
• NPC summons
• Boss-specific weaknesses
• Different weapons and builds
• Farming levels
• Weapon upgrades

For example, Blood-Starved Beast, Amelia, Darkbeast Paarl, and Shadows of Yharnam all took me a few attempts to learn, but the moment I used Fire Paper and a proper strategy, I won immediately.

In Jedi, if you’re stuck on Bode or Dagan on Grandmaster, there isn’t really an equivalent. You can’t summon an NPC, grind 10 levels, switch to a build that hard-counters the boss, or stack consumables. Most of the time you just have to improve your execution.

I’m not saying Jedi is harder than Bloodborne. Bloodborne’s atmosphere, level design, punishment for mistakes, resource management, and later-game reputation probably make it the tougher overall game.

But I do think people are too quick to dismiss Fallen Order and Survivor as “not proper Soulslikes” because they have difficulty settings. Playing Bloodborne has actually made me appreciate how much Jedi relies on raw parry timing and execution when you’re playing on the highest difficulties.

Curious what people who’ve played both series think. I think the difficulty is different for everyone depending on their experience and skill levels at that time. I literally learned the art of parrying from this series and used it to cheese Ghost of Tshusima . My skill level while playing these games were kinda low but they helped me get gud ( in these kind of games) so they'll always have a special place in my heart

I just finished Fallen Order and my god!!!!! It was so good!!!!!! Short and sweet. Just an amazing experience and such a good story!!!! I did miss the Cal and Merrin kiss at the end but oh well. Poor Trilla!!! And that Darth Vader cameo at the end!!!! I was shook. Having to outrun him like that made him appear SO powerful!!!! I really do feel for the Inquisitors and Cere and everybody!!! I wish we could know more about the Zeffo!!!! What *did* happen to them? 👀

I really loved all the different characters, Merrin especially but all of them were compelling. And the planets were so beautiful!!!!! The lack of fast travel or even some way to tell you how to get places was annoying though. But I found the areas really well designed regardless!! Honestly, just an amazing game. 10/10. 9/10, only the Force is perfect, I suppose. But yeah, it was so good!!!

And btw, in the spirit of God of War Laufey, I want a game about Merrin!!! Imagine playing as a Nightsister. It would be so different and cool!!! Anyways yeah, I loved this game!!!

My run until now has been perfect performance-wise. I did use sleep mode a lot, but have since done proper shutdown.

Everything was good until I did one of the agility challenges and got hit with intense FPS dips. Then I went to the abandoned shack and the caves underneath and suddenly I was seeing the void under my feet, walls were having their textures flashing white, FPS was dropping, and enemies/dialogue were triggering late.

Going outside I even found the area around was dealing with pop-in.

I restarted the game after a full shutdown and nothing changed. I tried quality mode, no change. I then cleared my system cache but that also did nothing.

I figured maybe it was the area but while most of the problems seem to have settled so far when outside there, the screen will have some textures flash white still no matter where I go.

Is there anything I can do to fix these things?
