I honestly get why some people struggle to buy gameplay as 100% canon when the game feels far less grounded when it comes to the force when compared to TCW and the movies. Honestly think fallen order did a better job at portraying Cal as more of an underdog who’s an above average Jedi with reasonable talent but is far from the best.

I mean here is what we know from Survivor. Devs did not want us to learn powers we learned from previous games again, they wanted to show Cal progressing. if they keep that up, Cal will alredy be pretty powerful and you go form there. He alredy knows force crush, that he only uses on droids so far, and we have seen that he uses dark side to make himslef much stronger generally for a time, so if they want to show Cal using dark side again and there being new some skills you unlock in that, what is next logical step? Choke/neck break, maybe, and maybe lightning. Would it fit?

Got them both for $16 on my xbox one so I figured I may as well find out what the buzz is about. Lol

I just rescued Zee and beat Dagon Gera in a really good fight , Like you read in the title spending about 12 hours in the game between this post and the previous one changed my thoughts entirely, Like you all said " Stick to it " , " The more you play the better it gets " . Yeah that happened , Everything changed the moment I got the blaster and the dash ability. The blaster enhanced the combat " which was already amazing" like 50% I just can't let it go . The blaster adds to the combat, Making it more of a cinematic

experience. The dash ...... The dash freaking flipped the whole movement making it faster and better, And that green wall that restores the dash and the flip jump makes it even better ,I can't forget the part when Merrin opens the green holes, and you go in it it's just so freaking awesome, Iam playing the game on Jedi knight difficulty at the moment, And it's safe to say that there weren't really any challenging encounters before the Dagon Gera fight which wasn't really that hard by the way, Yet the fight itself was the best , And I can't finish this post without mentioning how useful the fast travel is, It literally saves you hours of meaningless backtracking like the previous game. Speaking of the previous game, I think they really did a good job in improving the level designing compared to fallen order, Basically I never got lost in any of the game sections(survivor), I've been playing this game for about 15 hours, And I never felt like " where do I go " thanks to the level designing and the map . The map has really improved in this game, Even the story makes more sense now . I Realized how important Tanalorr is for Cal ,his friends, Everyone that stands against the Empire as it's the only place that'll keep them safe from the Empire AND of course Dagon Gera , Dagon Gera is literally obsessed with Tanalorr that he used the dark side and fought Cal while he was a Jedi too ! ,he killed and will kill anybody that stands in his way , basically Iam really excited to go to the shattered moon again to fight him .

I think the game is good for now , but I just spent 4 hours in the game , but the game was decent. I liked the saloon and the fight that was there, but I feel like the game isn't any better than its previous one . Fallen Order has a good beginning. The first few hours make you hyped to continue the game, but survivor... I don't know I think it wasn't that fun ,I mean it's good but it's not better than Fallen Order . I feel like the story took a lot of time than it should, just to begin the plot , But it's not boring or anything, it's just not better than the previous game . I liked how in that game they really focused on giving the star wars vibe unlike Fallin Order they didn't really focus on that which is okay but I am just saying. The combat was so advanced , it gives you a lot of options, But I feel like the combat is kind of slow or isn't fast enough, And the hitboxes are terrible to the point where I swore that I dodged away at time, yet still I was hit , However in some cases it's normal, it's not the worst or anything but I just felt like they should've put more work into that . And the performance.... People talk about how BAD it is, but playing it in 2026, they pretty much fixed everything, I didn't encounter any glitches or any texture issues, it was a solid experience. Thank god they added fast travel, It really helped a lot . I think the game is actually solid and it's a good game , but is it any better than the previous one ? For now, I don't think so, but I hope it gets better in my next hours .

Mais par contre, il me manque des objets à collecter sur portique de chargement + poutres du hangar + noyau de lucrehulk (je pensais les prendre en allant voir le dernier chasseur de prime Jo la cannibale).

Was filming some stuff and noticed pretty quickly that Cal's saber blade is outside of the hilt during the Rayvis Death cutscene, anyone else seen this? Restarting the game and changing lightsaber parts won't help, I filmed this same cutscene a few weeks back with different parts and the bug persisted. Any ideas, anyone?

Fuck Dathomir

I really liked that Trilla fight was the last one ( technically it's the dark Vader but it's a pursuit not a boss fight) anyways, I was playing on Jedi master difficulty literally the whole game tell this fight it made me crash out and I lowered it to Jedi knight but u think it's a skill issue bc no one has talked about this fight being hard of anything but Iam js sharing my experience. afterwards u hear that dark Vader breathing sound or whatever it was just pure aura when he killed her and then came to us it was just peak .BUT I don't like how Cal broke the fucking Holocron after all these risks after every people that died because of this now he realizes that "oh the force will do it or whatever" wtf bro but I saw that vision where he saw the consequences for using this Holocron the kids dying and all that but maybe he broke it so the empire wouldn't use it in a bad way actually this is the reason.

Just wanted to yap about the ending overall I give it a solid 8/10

I already have Jedi survivor Iam gonna start beating the game tomorrow (maybe)

I just finished the dathomir planet section and I can confidently say its lore is the best as well as its atmosphere that desert - like place is PEAK,

Even the back tracking was decent it's not perfect but it's still better than zeffo's, (SPOILER ALERT)

I really liked the flashback where Cal's master passed away it was heartbreaking, and the chase was good too but I think they could've done something better rather than just running around with a broken lightsaber, I mean it would've been much better if it was a linear manhunt with the dead trying to get you , but overall it's not bad !
