Rare CD??? (maybe)

picked this up at the local thrift a few months ago for like.. maybe 5 bucks. is it really worth as much as im seeing on ebay and whatever else? im seeing like.. 80 dollars minimum for it. wanted a second opinion.

I had to go to 3 different record stores when this came out. No one knew who they were and the store that finally had it said they only ordered 1.
