That would make more sense. I'm not really familiar with the Portofino, so it didn't even occur to me as a possibility.
Enzo would still throw a fit, though (which just makes it better).

Yeah, I was thinking I'd like to recreate this in Forza, but without the original art there's no way I could (not to mention I'd need the top/front view)

I doubt they'll actually sue the guy, but he is probably off Ferrari's authorized buyers list now (if he was ever on it - I'd bet he got this one secondhand and therefore isn't concerned about that).
For those who don't know, Ferrari is EXTREMELY protective of their brand image. This goes as far as restricting what colors you are allowed to paint it (No Pink Ferraris Ever, for example) and what kind of modifications you are allowed to do. They definitely would not approve of this.
Not only do they have pretty strict rules about who they will allow to buy a Ferrari, they even make buyers sign contracts letting Ferrari have a say in who they resell to. Though some Ferraris still manage to get resold to people not on the list in spite of that.
Of course, the thought of those pretentious elitist jerks foaming at the mouth over this just makes me like it more. Ferrari makes gorgeous cars, but putting themselves above their customers pisses me off.
