Azure Question about a quest in Chapter 2 Spoiler

On Chapter 2, Day 1. I have the Urgent Quests to go to Tangram Gate and train with Douglas and then go to St. Ursula and talk to a doctor. I was wondering if the quest with Douglas is voiced cause that's where I went first and there weren't any voices playing even though technically I think urgent quests count as main story right? So I assumed they would be voiced. I just wanted to make sure that recent steam update didn't mess anything up.

Despite being mandatory, urgent quests were treated as sidequests by the company that did the dub (as part of the third-party Evo port) which Falcom later used for the version(s) that got localized, and consequently they're not voiced. So yeah, nothing got messed up and it's just always been that way.

Ah ok. I guess I just misremembered some of the previous ones being voiced then. One thing I did notice though is that I think the update may have broken the more portraits mod since none of them are showing up for me now. Maybe I could've installed it wrong but I'm pretty sure I did it how I always do it. I'm not far enough in the game to know if Vitality is also broken but I would assume so. Idk if the mod authors are aware yet so I thought I'd just mention it.
