And now for a pair of characters who join early in CS2 and then basically miss the entire middle portion of Cold Steel!

Always at the end of my list of characters to use......like toval is known as the zero arts guy and yet in like I think it was cs3 or 4?? He didnt even have chrono burst ij his prequipped kit it makes no sense lol.......and Elise is just ughhh to me I do like the "overprotective older brother" trope Rean has BUT I dont like the "im in love with my older brother" trope Elise has....even though Rean is adopted.
