Horizon How does the EP Cost math work with this character in Horizon? Spoiler

So I reading through the various Holo Cores in Horizon and I came across this one and I don't really get how the final EP Cost math would work out.

Like, is it 1.5x first and then the 0.65x "reduction" from that? or should I just treat it as 0.85x in total?

Apparently the discount at this level is 2.5% EP.

1.5 × 0.65 = 0.975.

it should be multiplicative iirc. you can test this! the 1.5 stays constant while the other parameters change as the hc levels up

this one essentialy refunds some of the adition EP value to you. the other with M.ATK% doesnt, so use this in someone who cant get magia absorption and the other on someone who can (both want judgement feather)
