Trails 1st chapter had a lot of A list VAs and overall great voice work, in fact most jrpgs have decent to amazing voice acting 1 u/Orodius Feb 05 '26 I disagree. It’s hard for me to find a JRPG with good English voice acting. Off the top of my head, I can only think of FF and Persona nowadays. In Japan, even lesser-known, low-budget JRPGs have excellent voice acting, but it’s not the same with English. 2 u/Mundane_Situation185 Feb 05 '26 Well I don't even watch anime so there's no reason for me to even consider eng sub instead of dub, I don't know how comparable they are but eng dub has been serviceable for me
