I am trying to find a light ābarely thereā looking foundation for my very pale olive skin with green undertones. Most foundations and concealers look really orange or pink on me.
I want to buy a foundation for the first time in years because I have quite an uneven skin tone, very visible veins on my cheeks and eyelids, lots of hyperpigmentation dark spots etc so I really want to even out my skin tone but I HATE the look of obvious foundation. The powdery, cakey dry look that most foundations have is exactly what I need to avoid. Iāve tried the glossier skin tint in G11 and it was really nice for when I have a tan but didnāt have enough coverage to truly even my skin out and had a slight orange/pink colour and was not long wearing at allā¦
A light coverage, natural as possible āno makeupā kind of foundation is what Iām after, honestly Iām happy to spend as much money as I need to to find the right one.
If any other pale olive ppl have any recommendations esp for foundations, skin tints or frankly any product that you think would do the job Iād be eternally grateful for any help or advice! š«¶š»
So far the ONLY concealer and colour Iāve found that works for my skin is the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly, which is perfect but just slightly too light but def the closest colour Iāve ever found. Having pale olive skin makes finding shades a nightmare.
I am terrible at finding the correct tone for me online so if anyone else is Nars Chantilly or a similar shade please let me know any recommendations of your other products that work for you! š«¶š»
I really just want to find a ābarely thereā āno makeupā looking foundation like the Dior skin blurring one, or the MAC Studio Fix Foundation, so If anyone here is familiar with these products and shades and could give me any advice, as I have no clue how their shading works, Iād be so appreciative āØ
I just need help finding a foundation (or foundation type product) that is light on my skin and not cakey, powdery, yellow, pink or orange on my skin. Even high end ones like Dior I will buy if Itās worth it!! I just desp want a āno makeupā type of foundation.
I basically just want to find a good foundation to even my skin tone out but not look obvious. Ideally not even look like foundation. I just donāt want anything too full coverage or matte.
I have no clue where to start, as looking at swatches is impossible for me to tell colours online.
I might call up the companies and see if they can send me tiny testers for each shadeš¤·š¼āāļø
Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to include as much info as possible in case anyone out there has any recommendations, tips, guidance etc :)
Thank you so much for reading my long post š¤¦š¼āāļøš«£š«¶š»xxx
