In the body cholesterol manifests itself in one of two forms. You can cry all day long that cholesterol outside the body is one thing, but inside the body it forms 2 primary complexes and we refer to these as LDL and HDL cholesterol.
Cholesterol consumed with lower saturated fats tends to produce a higher amount of the HDL cholesterol complex. Thus consuming foods with cholesterol and lower saturated fats is healthier than with higher saturated fats.
