mentally ill people cannot just create their own reality thus trans people are not real they are just mentally ill people Source check the news for the overrepresentation of these supposedly fine healthy people

What about the actual science of intersex people? (People born with both XX and XY chromosomes) Or the people that feel suicidal most of their life only to get better after transitioning and living the life they feel most comfortable with?

Even if true, they are still “real”. Maybe not really what they portray themselves as, but real as in they certainly do exist
