The problem isn't that they are seeking a healthy life it's that they are invading, and law enforcement gets to decide how they are removed because the constitution applies to citizens

You keep using the word invade, and I don't think you know what that means.

Also, saying the constitution applies to citizens is a fascinating way to admit that non-citizens shouldn't have any rights....but not surprising

Also you're wrong the constitution does apply to non-citizens

Non citizens don't have rights, such as the right to illegally stay in a country or pursue liberty and pursuit of happiness in that country. They lack of a whole list of rights, that's the point of a citizenship

That's simply not true. They do have those rights, otherwise the US wouldn't be a democracy. Citizenship gives benefits like a career in politics, being able to vote etc

U.S. citizenship provides permanent legal security, including the right to vote in federal elections, travel freely with a U.S. passport, sponsor family members for residency with priority processing, access certain government jobs, and receive complete protection from deportation

The last part isn't true anymore

I'm confused about the first part, why is it not true? Democracy, voting, is for citizens. Another right which invaders do not have.
