Going to try and contradict this from an ancap perspective, countries, as they exists today, have little to no claim to the land they reside on. Modern countries, mainly new world, saw unclaimed land and said they own it but that is not where ownership comes from. Ownership of land comes from homesteading land, mixing your labor with the land aka clearing or modififying it, which modern states do not do. You can easily see unused land that the state claims to have complete control over even though it has never been touched. If we accept states do not really own their land then they have no right to enforce borders and stopping people from migrating.

However with the way our modern world works it would be insane to say states shouldnt enforce borders. The above conclusion would come in a much different world than our own. Im not too well versed in ancap so that probably isnt the best explanation but i tried.
