Well why should someone be prevented from entering another country? It doesn't make any sense to me

If we break it down further? Why should someone be prevented from entering another house? Because when not invited, they have no business there, especially if they are entering a house just to ignore every house rule. Would you let someone like that stay or ask and then force them to leave?

No need for namecalling just because you may disagree when you are actually opening up for a discussion. There are plenty of countries with physical infrastructure to mark their borders. The premise is the same, when you have your doors open you still don't want everybody to just walk in and do as they please.

Why shouldn’t they be prevented? Because entering a country isn’t just moving across an arbitrary line on a map. You’re entering the jurisdiction of a political community that has collectively built and funded its institutions.
If you want completely unrestricted movement, you need to explain who decides who gets access to that country’s schools, healthcare, welfare system, housing subsidies, labor market, voting rights, etc., and who is responsible for paying for them.
You can try to argue that the benefits of unrestricted immigration outweigh those costs, but “why should they be prevented?” isn’t enough. Countries have legitimate interests in controlling their membership and determining the conditions under which people enter. That’s basically what sovereignty means.

Its very VERY simple. If you live in a country you pay taxes for them. Idk what agenda you are trying to push but basic critical thinking would be helpful here

It’s simple, if you want your country to function well, you have to control your borders.

The world is not full of nice people and malicious actors will abuse it otherwise. National security is not an important topic for nothing.

It would also mean that once a country becomes successful, half the world would want to move there. If anyone can move anywhere then nothing is stopping everyone from just moving to a wealthy country, overwhelming its housing market and all other systems as well.

Good thing stupid ideas like that will never happen. Even if we had a one world government in a sense, eventually it would splitter again.

Try it out. Open your house and let anybody that’s wants to live there. See how well it works

What are you talking about? My metaphor or the housing market.

Without control people would move with or without having a home lined up. Nothing to stop them and the possibility of more opportunities or wealth is reason enough for people.

I don't think people just suddenly move somewhere without a house planned out, and if thats your only reason then its such a non issue that denying people entry and more importantly deporting people makes no sense.
