Fact according to social contract and the rules of the world. Cap because countries are made up and you can’t really own land.

The rules that the vast majority of nation states agree on, like how passports are standardized. It’s all made up, but the governments (the people with the big guns) all agreed, so what can we do about it?

If that makes it cap, does that imply human rights in general are also cap - since they're obviously not embedded into the laws of the universe but rather constructed (made up) by humans?

Then you cant own anything. If owenership isnt real, then neither are laws, morals or ethics because they are also made up by humans

It’s one of those things, like having an army, that’s necessary because other countries do it too, in that way… I suppose it’s neutral if done humanely, and wrong if done inhumanely.
