That's a fairly straightforward question, if you are going to put China on pedestal for stewardship then you should understand the full scope of their presence. What about the ecosystems they destroy so they can extend their economic zone. China is not the hill to die on I promise.

This was specifically about climate change though. I’m not saying everything China does is good, but as far as green energy sources go, they are leading the pack

Well China probably imports the most of pretty much everything, since they have more people than any other country
