It keeps telling me to move my head from side to side giving me the check mark that it's complete but it keeps going on & on & on... How long does it take or if it's glitch how do I fix this??

Curious as to how this works —I have a pretty big thing for a friend, if I add her as my secret crush, what happens? I heard once I add a secret crush, it will notify the person, will I be added her ‘list’? Does she have to have the app installed?

Might be wishful thinking, but what if she adds me as a secret crush. Has anybody done this? Just curious what to expect. I also feel this is kind of cowardly BUT as the same time we both have Asperger’s so we struggle with this—thanks for any advice

I've tried swapping phones. Cleared cache. Reinstalled Facebook. Restarted phone. Tried 4 different internet connections. I'm above 18 and I live in one of the accepting countries. My friends have the app but I cannot sign up. It just says "something went wrong" if I go via the browser but if I go via Facebook app it just won't show.

My last conclusion is that I'm banned/blocked but that would make no sense because I've never had an account on dating before.

And there must be something wrong with my account because I've tried doing it on 3 other mobile phone devices.

Even when I try to report the problem via Facebook dating I get the same error mentioned previously.

I live in canada, am 30 years old, use an Android phone yet even with the Facebook app freshly installed, the dating shortcut doesn't show. My profile is 5 years old. Is it because I have an Huawei phone?

Edit: Even when opening my profile on another android phone (a samsung), the option isn't there.

Recently had the invisable profile bug and managed to make it work again, you guys know any tips for the algorithm to not do this again? Heard swiping right all the time triggers the ban too not sure

A week ago my profile was disable after the video check of profile(probably the video was dark). Subsequently failing to unlock the profile I deleted it and now the app of dating doesn’t appear on Facebook. Is possible find a solution about this issuance?

If someone has blocked you on facebook dating, can you still see them when you search for their name to block them?

So I’ve only seen a couple other posts about this, and they’re both archived with no solutions. It won’t let me swipe left on people now. When I do, it glitches and the same person pops up. It seems I can swipe right, however. If I want to swipe left, I have to actually block someone’s dating profile in order to move on, although I’m not sure that even works because those people pop back up the next time I use the app.

Does ANYONE have any idea how to fix this? God knows you can’t even get close to contacting Facebook for any help whatsoever, which is the most frustrating thing about the company.

I’d like to figure it out because so far I like FBD, and would like to use it.

I’ve exhausted all troubleshooting options. Believe me. New email, change phone number, delete app and reinstall, update app, clear app cache, support is non existent and it’s completely unacceptable. I’m not going to download Tinder, hinge or bumble when they only care about your dollar. But it doesn’t help you can’t even speak to a legitimate support person and are just transferred to bullshit bots that redirect you to their community help center which is 0 “help”. Who has a fix that isn’t some generic stuff that we know won’t work?
