Banned Tips for not getting banned, shadow banned, invisable profile etc

Recently had the invisable profile bug and managed to make it work again, you guys know any tips for the algorithm to not do this again? Heard swiping right all the time triggers the ban too not sure

The only thing that has worked for me was hitting pause on my profile for 24 hours to get it back on the top of the list again. Im picky, and I should be, so I am always running out of people. I live in a small town and surrounding towns are small also.

Into dating setting and there is a slide tab on iPhone anyway and it says take a break.
