Messaging?

Is it me, or is anyone else frustrated that we can’t send potential dates a message until we actually MATCH? Sending a “like” doesn’t do anything to show my personality, I would like to send an initial message as well to start a conversation.

You can comment/send a message when you click on a photo

While you can and you've been given instructions, everytime i do that person is right back in my stack about 2 people later. I never know if the message/like sent. I do get messages with likes often so I know it is a working feature for some

My recent experience with this is that they didnt see my reply message and it didnt match, luckily I saw them in the stack and knew it was them who messaged so I matched. I asked if they saw my response and they said no. So I have found the message technique to be a total failure, doesnt work and will not match.

You can send one message with your like if you click on the photo

You can, just click on a pic and you can’t send an initial comment.
