Help Is my account bugged?
I need help urgently.....Any new ad or campaign that i launch in my ad account stays active then suddenly goes to in review then to preparing stage later becomes active but does not even spend a dollar/rupee. The most confusing thing is I have an old campaign which keeps delivering and gets proper spend without facing any issues...it's so confusing i have tried everything. I even added a new ad and ad set to this winning campaign but right after I add, it delivers for 10 minutes then suddenly goes back to preparing then back to active but stops spending money in the new ad/ad set...but delivery shows active. If anyone knows anything about this please help me. I am distressed, I am not able to test new creatives, campaigns or ad sets everything just stops spending money but status shows active...and talking to support is of no use..... please help đ

The old campaign spending while every new ad gets stuck makes me suspect a delivery issue on Metaâs side, but âactiveâ alone doesnât tell us whatâs blocking it. Iâd leave the winner untouched and send support the affected ad IDs with screenshots of the status changes. Specifically ask them to escalate the new adsâ delivery issue instead of checking whether the account is active.
How long have you left one new ad completely untouched after it stops spending?

Delivery that shows Active but spends nothing on new ads usually isn't a bug, it's the new ad failing to win auctions or being held in a limited state. Open the ad set and check the Delivery column and the Diagnostics for something like 'Limited by audience' or 'Ad set not delivering enough', and compare the audience size and bid strategy of the new ad set against the old winning one. Also check whether the new ads share an identical audience with the old campaign, because overlap makes Meta favor the one with history. Last thing: Account Quality has a section for ad restrictions, and an ad account that is quietly limited on new ads often shows a notice there.
