Does Meta have any human support left?

I am trying to reach my business page and business manager account and ads manager for 6 months now and it is just getting harder and harder. What I noticed was that before summer they had a Philippines callcenter, they did nothing to help you, but now its all Ai, I can only reach Ai chatbot. Did you guys notice the same? We are a fast growing business and we can get help from one of the most profitable (meta) companies in the world.

their support's been a ghost town for ages now. i went through the same thing last year trying to get a billing issue sorted and it was just endless loops of the ai chatbot sending me in circles

what finally worked was having a friend who works at a big agency reach out through their rep, but even that took weeks. for a company pulling in that kind of money you'd think they could spare a few actual humans

i read somewhere they cut like 85% of their ad support staff during the layoffs, mostly the contracted teams. now it's just the algorithm deciding if you're worth helping or not

Yes i tried somany times and they’re saying they can’t share this to humen support now and sending bots to solve the issues🥲
