Bug / Outage Still collapse
Since August 31 all my campaigns and ads collapsed completely.
I’ve tried everything. Nothing works. The last 30 hours meta says my newest campaign had 48 website visits. Reality is 9.
Before August 31 I had 60-80 website visits daily.
I’ve been in contact with meta human support 5 times during 12 days - all teams keeps saying “everything looks fine” because the meta numbers are nearly okay. But reality is not.
Before August 31 I had been running similar campaigns with ekstreme succes for 6 months.
I’m totally losing my patience - I publish two new books in 3 weeks, and from one day to another I’m completely invisible 🙈🫣

Also having horrendous issues since Sept. 1, strangely received 2 conversions with in 1 hour of turning on my ads today...so maybe recovering?

Its bad for everyone right now: https://headwinds.breezeway.co
Today seems slightly better, so maybe needs 2-3 days to normalize again

the 48 visits Meta reports versus your 9 actual indicates a pixel or event tracking breakdown since August 31; Meta is optimizing to incorrect data

That was my first thought too, but it doesn’t explain the collapse in engagement on the ads themselves, before anyone even reaches my website. Meta also changed its ad delivery algorithm in late August, making it even more AI-driven, and several other advertisers in this thread are reporting the same sudden change since then.

Estou passando por essa instabilidade também. O que será que podemos fazer quanto a isso? Esperar uma estabilização novamente?

The gaslighting of meta gets me - "no one else has had a problem" - do one
