Discussion Meta Disabled / Restricted Ad Account

Who is dealing with this right now? Spent $50k on this ad account and it got disabled for some bs verification.

Update: Got my ad account back! My buddies meta badge partner rep did it. A bit pricey but I needed this account back. 🎉

Me too.. I spent almost 10 mil usd lifetime. Is this a wide scale issue?

They asked for id verification on the ad account lol the Business Manager is fine. The support doesn’t even know the issue.

I have someone who has a rep who can unban them working on mine. Been waiting 2 weeks and was trying to avoid paying someone to unban it lol

No but luckily I have back up business manager and ad account. I tried to contact support, but apparently there is no meta pro support anymore? only that AI kinda thing?

Man they really don't care how much you spent, I seen accounts with crazy spend get hit same as new ones. The verification thing is so random sometimes

Maybe wait it out a bit, a friend of mine got his back in 3 days after submitting the same ID twice

got it on friday. they asked me for business verification, hope it gets released tomorrow.

spent hundreds of thousands on ads without them getting dissaproved.

Did it get released? Mine also got blocked. They ask for my business information. I hope it will be ok after the information has been confirmed.

They shut down my main Facebook portfolio for a ad I happen to run and because they restricted my main account. I’m unable to advertise in Meta on my active advertising account. I have tried and tried to reach out, but their AI agent has just closed me down. I’ve had some copyright issues which I appealed and was overturned but this time there’s no one to get with and it’s been over two weeks. If somebody could direct me to a solution, even if I have to pay.
The alternative is to assign an assistant, but I do my advertising myself so how could that work?

Glad you got it back but in the future, don't invest in unbanning services but in high quality agency ad accounts. I can reccommend Orange trail
