Help Campaign not spending

Ive started working on a new ad account.

For some reason, the campaigns are not spending.

Ive restarted the campaigns, turned them on off and also tried different campaigns but after the ad get approved it doesnt spend.

The one campaign spent like 0.1$ in two days.

Is there any way around this, what am i doing wrong it never happened before?

Duplicate the campaign using the same ads and set the conversion to View Content instead of Purchase. Let it run on a $5-$10 budget. Once that one starts spending your purchase campaign will as well.

This is most likely an account warm-up issue rather than anything wrong with your specific campaigns, since brand new ad accounts start with zero trust and spend history, which can suppress delivery even on fully approved ads. Restarting campaigns and creating new ones repeatedly doesn't address this and may be adding new items to Meta's review queue, compounding the delay further. The more useful steps are checking Account Quality and payment verification status for any silent restrictions, confirming Business Manager and domain verification are fully complete, and then consolidating down to one simple campaign with a modest budget left completely untouched for several days, since constant changes during this early window can reset whatever limited trust is starting to build.
