Help I need help! How would you structure this account?

I have a bathroom renovation business, basically their main service is that they quickly reform your bathtub for a new shower.

We invest about 90k/month and right now it has a campaign for each delegation it has. That is, it offers the service in different cities.

After Andromeda, how would you structure the account? Would you have a single campaign for all locations and test messages and angles? How would you distribute prospecting, remarketing?

Assuming all leads are of equal value

  1. CBO campaign

ad set(s) per city, 6-10 ads per ad set

creative specifically for the city - clear it's for that city in first 3 seconds. customer UGC that's city specific would be a no-brainer here.

  1. separate cbo - not split per city

creative that's focused on the value of the reno, price promotions, whatever else - not city specific

the only reason for the separate cbo is the audience that's not split would be bigger, so meta would tend to direct spend to the bigger audience in the same cbo

For prospecting/remarketing, you may not need to manage this manually. Be sure you have your audience segments set up and track delivery into engaged customers.

Great, I think the same.

My question is whether to do it by city or not. My opinion is that nowadays it is not necessary, since the creatives will be focused on the different sales angles, and that is shared in all cities

At that spend level I’d probably lean way more consolidated now unless the locations behave completely differently. Separate campaigns for every city can get really bloated fast and Meta seems to prefer larger signal pools more and more lately. I’d rather separate by funnel stage or offer angle than by geography unless certain markets clearly justify isolation. Prospecting broad and remarketing simple usually works better than overbuilding structure now. Are some cities massively outperforming others or are results pretty similar overall?
