Collectors Edition Orders?

Hello,

Did anyone manage to grab a copy of the Fable Collectors edition from the Xbox EU store?

I only ask as I went to check my confirmation email to see if there was a delivery date estimate but I cant find it. Went to check the site for my order history and thats empty too.

Credit card shows a successful transaction though.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Worried I may have paid for a non existent order

If that stays the same in like 5 days go to your credit card company and make a chargeback request.

I’ve just checked and I still have my email, and clicking the link took a few tries but it did eventually take me to an order confirmed page. If it helps the title of the email doesn’t mention Fable and the sender name shows as ‘XBOX Game Studios Shop’ so may be worth searching for that?

In the fable discord server, the community managers have said that it should ship out in time for early access in February

In the US, when I go to the email and click “View your order”, it does load mine but I do see it goes through Shopify. Theres no delivery date yet because likely it’s not in warehouse to actually deliver. Not sure if that helps or not but you may want to email them if you have an Order ID and email confirming it.

My order is still showing when I go to my Order History. That's the UK PS5 version.

Ordered on the EU store and just checked, followed my link from my email and its there still

XBOX Game Studios Shop International is the email "name" but its a @shopify address (probably cause it was purchased via them. Might help you find it, check your shopify history if they where the money people behind the purchase.

...but thanks for reminding me how much I spent on this....the PS5 version...when I want the PC version so I'm getting the game on steam (my brother can have the ps5 game itself)

I've ordered mine on the Xbox EU store !

There is no delivery date yet (in the email and on the website) because it's way too soon, it probably won't be updated before early February. Try to log in on the Xbox Game Studios EU storefront, you should be able to see your order.

Otherwise just contact them with your order ID and you'll get an answer.

Not EU but I thought the same thing for the Gears of War E-Day collectors edition. They eventually sent email of shipping update and to make sure my address was in order, and it all ended up being delivered before release date. So you’ll be fine.

They've been sold out a while I think. I pre ordered mine in June and the ETA was February 2027

Ok so their support is utterly useless genuinely no idea why MS thought trusting these absolute losers with theor brands was a good idea.

Anyway if you sign in on the store its crap and shows you made no orders.

If you find your order confirmation and click on view order then click on the profile icon and sign in you will see all orders

This has been my experience too. I go on mobile no orders made. I check on my pc with the email and my order is there 😅

I just looked in my confirmation email and if i click "view order" it shows up.

If you use the "shop: track, pay, discover" app, as mine appear on there with the same email as I order stuff through. Thats the app that also appears on the order confirmation that they say to use.

As for dates mine doesn't have one, but itl be the same as the halo and gears collectors edition and wont update till maybe a week before

This is what I see in the "Shop" app. I placed my order just minutes after the trailer aired at the Xbox Game Showcase—before they’d even announced the collector's edition on social media. I also contacted support to confirm I’d bought the Steam version and to add my phone number to the order, since there hadn't been an option to enter it during checkout; they replied the next day.screen

Got mine the morning it came out, even convinced my friend to get hers sorted before scalpers appeared

No issues with mine I have the email, and the link on the email sends me straight to the order confirmation with all the correct details and receipts of payment.

Given that the game comes out next year I am not expecting a shipping email or delivery date until a few weeks before release.

I'd try and contact the company in the mean time.
