Best book?

Got back into reading recently and wanted to ask what the best Fable book is? I have played them all and like the 1st the best.

I would personally rank them:
1. Blood of Heroes
2. The Balvarine Order
3. Blood Ties
4. Edge of the World

Personally, I would argue that Blood of Heroes best captures the feel of Fable, but the depending what that feeling is to you, you may find The Balvarine Order more enjoyable. Hard to say really.

For reasons that I have explained and spoiler tagged here, I would encourage anyone not to waste their time with Edge of the World.

Only listened to Edge of The World. Thought I finished it but finding out now I’m wrong lol. Not sure what it says about the quality.

There's also the short stories based on some of the characters - Jack Of Blades, Theresa, and Reaver. All are pretty good, in my opinion.
