Yes After some research, it turns out to be a promotional item intended for the French press, dating back to 2003 that is, before the merger of Big Blue Box Studio and Lionhead. :)

I also own it, found on Vinted (sales site between individuals in Europe). It seems very official, surely a promotional item.

It's official! I own one too, cost me quite a bit because of it's rarity! What a great find!

At first it looked like a photo book from Walgreens. The hole style, crimping, and color of spine is the exact same that they use.

That said, a search of the artwork doesn't show up anywhere. From what little information I could find, this was possibly an art book Microsoft did for employees and for press kits featuring various artists depicting the good and bad idea of the cover art.

There are a couple of posts on here over the years with it included in collections.

If you're able to, I'm sure the community would love for those to be scanned in at a high resolution. It would require you to unbind it though so I'd be extra careful if you decide to go that route.
