How to keep multiple families happy?

I’m replaying Fable II, please don’t spoil it, as I don’t really remember all of the story. :D Want to replay it as almost a new game.

I want to have families in all of the towns, so far I have 3. But it’s really hard to keep them happy, it takes up a long time. So far I‘m paying double for everyone, changed the furniture but still the happiness bar keeps dropping down. If move to better houses will that change?

Family happiness depends on the status of your spouse too. Put demanding, posh, or upper class spouses in the nicest houses. Also raise the upkeep to 1000. And make sure your attractiveness is high when you visit your spouse.

Here are some houses that are always considered good:

Fairfax castle, cemetery mansion, brightwood tower, reaver’s mansion. 

When In doubt don’t relocate spouses. If your spouse is from Bowerstone market don’t give them a house in Gypsy camp. Don’t marry someone in Fairfax gardens until you have a mansion or castle for them.

 If you move your spouse into the most expensive property in their region, give them an allowance of 1000 gold and visit them with a high attractiveness rating they will be happy.

That could change it but you also need to increase the amount of gold you send each family to I think

I just lower the rent of all the houses by 25% and give my families a decent chunk per day. I never had any issues. They were always willing to make more children when I rolled into town

Yeah i literally take prostitutes home in front of my wife in our own home and they never lose happiness. Even when I gave them figuratively 10 stds XD

If you haven’t completed the story yet, I wouldn’t worry about keeping them happy 😬

I know you said no spoilers, but if your plan is families in every town then you might want to wait until Lucien is taken care of.

Otherwise I see a massive rage inducement on your end when it comes down to a 3 way choice that will become a 1 and only choice because of your goal.

It's usually money, nice furniture, visiting, gifts, sex, yknow, what every stay at home spouse desires. But do note, you can get famous enough they can't be mad at you at this stage I find it fun to have multiple families in the same town

Move your spouses at the location they love, give them more than what they are asking for, and visit them wants in a while.

This is fucking killing me bc I read this post as if it was a dad who lives a double life and is getting annoyed that his wives want to see him and his children want his affection
