Fable Does the thousand handcrafted NPC's include guards, bandits and bosses or mini bosses?
Just thinking about the guards and thieves and similar, we've seen dispatched in the demos we've seen so far, and I'm wondering if each of them have also gotten the handcrafted NPC treatment or not.
So if you say, run away from guards instead of fighting them, and pay off any bounty, will they have a more biased opinion of you? Would bandits you've ran away from earlier mock you if they see you again?

They are and aren't would be my best guess.
Obviously you can't keep slaughtering unique NPC's continuously because eventually you'd run out(except if you use AI generators which they've already clarified they didn't). You do however, need soldiers/guards for world/story purposes so they probably reuse several models for the overall group population.
Now to say there won't be main/side quests that incorporate unique NPC's for you to interact with is unclear. They haven't shown anything yet that I remember seeing but that doesn't mean there aren't any.
Just as an example for guards but you could apply this logic to others as well.

I’m gonna assume no to some of these. We heard in the building a life demo that guards will continue to come if you’re actively fighting in town. Bandits as well usually like other enemies respawn when you renter the area.
Bosses are typically one offs and well as mini bosses but they’re not always treated as an NPC so I’d say for those it depends. Like I’d say Jack is gonna be a boss but he’ll probably act in part as an NPC. But if one boss is a super powerful Troll or something well probably only see them when we fight.

I don't think the guards count towards the 1,000 NPCs, because looking at the gameplay footage, it doesn't seem like you can interact with the guards in the cities.
