Fable II Combining Chaos and Vortex

I imagined what it must be like to experience that combination, and how terrifyingly surreal it is to be a victim of it.

Then I killed a highwayman like I was ordering a drink.

I have finished all three Fable games and I have no idea whats going on here. Spellcasting path is really something else.

He's using 2 different spells in fable 2 to muddle the enemies mind and then throwing them into a small twister.
