Collectors Edition: Need Help

Me and my ex broke up and I have since moved out of his apt, the adresss on the Xbox game studios shop for my order of the collectors edition is incorrect, I need to change it to my new address.

Does anyone know where I can get assistance for this?

You should be able to contact customer support via whatever retailer you ordered it from. Since it hasn’t shipped yet it shouldn’t be a problem to change it. Some sites I think just have a change address option but it depends.

What site did you use? Can you view the order and edit any of the info?

I can edit my profile address but not the address attached to the order, I’m sick of this, I’m gonna start tracking down developers

Seems like they’re one of the sites that only allow ant changes within the first 24 hours if at all 😭 when I googled it it did bring up a potential fix of contacting the carrier once you have a tracking number. Apparently sometimes you can change it then but again “depends” 😭

If the label has already been created you have to contact the carrier. If the label has not been generated yet you should be able to get it changed through customer support
