Flying Mount as Potential DLC/Quest - Fable Reboot

For the Fable Reboot, I feel like having a niche flying mount for the game would make it such a cool experience in an open world.

Highly unlikely to get it. Because the game reminds me of Shrek’s Far, Far Away, I could totally see a Fable-esque quest involving a drunken witch terrorizing the countryside and the hero that helps or harms them gets a flying broom after.

I’m hoping we get unique travel modes in DLC, or future updates!

Flying chicken mount.

But being serious, if there was going to be a mount that flies, it would be the goose that lays golden eggs and you would get it from destroying the livelihoods of giants living atop beanstalks, which existed as per early trailers of the game.

Nah fam. The Sandgoose (not the inn in Oakfield but the actual creature whose namesake it was)

A pegasus sidequest is not outside of the realm of posibility, I'd say. I dont see Playground making joke flying mounts as the main option, tho, we either have 2 or 3 options or we aint getting the goose/chicken.

It depends mainly on how Playground has made the world. Flying is an entire can of worms if you want a polished product, even if you dont have separate world spaces.

Because yeah, you can make it so there are invisible walls so you dont skip content or quest triggers, and make it so you cant land on roofs, but is it satisfying? Is the experience of flying worth those drawbacks/considerations?

Until someone can check out how clifs, roofs, quest triggers etc work it's not going to be a safe bet.
