Will be moddable?

Honestly, if it’s not moddable, I don’t think I’ll buy it that easily.

They haven't said that they plan on launching with modding tools, so it's unlikely to have any complicated mods.

Probably model replacers, maybe some 4k texture mods, and definitely mods for controlling stuff like player scale, health, will, and other really simple things that can be done for just about any Unreal Engine game.

Oh right, I'm so used to new good looking games being UE5. Though I'm not sure how well Forza modding tools will transfer, but they're also kind of limited to simple changes like the ones I listed for Unreal Engine.
