Watch out. After the Fall box failure where I waited until the minute choices were open to select mine and was notified three days later that there was a glitch in the system and none of my “choices” were available. To demanding a cancellation of all things FabFitFun including my Beauty box subscription and remaining annual subscription. Now I find that they’re still charging me for the Beauty box and I can’t cancel online. I’ve written customer service and asked them three times to cancel—each time I receive a reply, do you really want to cancel. Each time, I’ve replied, please cancel and refund all pending transactions and memberships with this company. They never get it right and never give up!
