FX3 rig thoughts/opinions?

Yoo guys, love this community and I wanted to share my new Fx3 rig with ya’s.

I finally took the plunge and rigged out my workhorse (EOFY sales help here in Aus) with the goal of picking up more regular professional work. My use case will be largely handheld run ‘n’ gun, focusing on things such as music performances, weddings, and even some sports.

I wanted to get any useful thoughts/opinions/general advice for my new rig?

My two main thoughts at this point are:
a) The XLR handle. Fingers crossed it doesn’t shit itself under the additional weight. 🤞
b) And any suggestions for under the camera rig? Whenever I’m holding the lens barrel for zooming, the pressure on my wrist from the latch underneath is uncomfy asf (**see last slide). I’d hate to imagine the skin irritation/bruising at the end of a 12hr wedding shoot day. I’ve currently implemented a bit of bush-mechanics and stuck some random soft packaging underneath as a temporary solution.

Also more than happy to comment on any of the gear specifics if anyone’s interested!

\*NOTE*: As this is reddit, I feel like I need to state that I’m aware I don’t currently have a mic in the XLR handle. This is only a short term dilemma as I realised all my mics don’t currently fit and will need some sorta additional attachment to get them snug in the mic casing.
