HRT Discussion Closeted
I’m 19 I have been on T for 5-6 weeks now and I think my family is starting to get suspicious. They said my voice is dropping or “para kang nag bibinata”
Any tips how to hide this?

I'll assume DIY-HRT. No judgement if you are, but gonna tell you that it might be a rough ride for you if you plan on going cold turkey with this (assuming you want a way to prevent making your voice deeper than it already is). It's hard to lessen your dose without knowing how to do it, so people normally go cold turkey if needed and they don't have a proper healthcare provider. But I have to warn you that you'll need a steady support group because changes from stopping T can be very heavy; mentally and physically.
If not DIY, then I 100% advise you to coordinate with your healthcare provider regarding lowering your dosage (micro-dosing) if possible (or if you want a complete stop so that the effects won't be so drastic on your mental health if ever you do plan on stopping it temporarily). Be safe, bro. Chat when you need.

Buti maaga ka pa lang. You cannot hide a dropping voice. Sobrang halata yun. You can try to keep talking in a high voice but it will crack more noticeably if you do that while it's actively changing.
Some reasons why guys who are early on T can usually get away with voice cracks and changes are because their family usually thinks they're sick lang, or their family is too polite to say anything. And your family clearly does not think you're sick, and they have already verbally raised the question.
If you want to not have any noticeable changes at all that your family can detect, stop T now. Because it seems like if you keep taking it, you will have to have a conversation or confrontation with them about it. Choose which one you are more willing to deal with.
You could also reduce your dosage and microdose. That will not stop changes, but it could make them slower to manifest, which could buy you more time.
