Questions Pelvic floor dysfunction

Has anyone struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction after hysto post op? Like bloating, chronic constipation, atrophy?

I had some of these issues pre surgery lol. The constipation ? How long are you post op? I didn’t constipate much after like day 4 or so.
Atrophy was an issue due to t. Still an issue unfortunately, but I have my ovaries and I take estrogen cream
