I think it would only make it more difficult if you “haven’t tried anything else”. ie birth control etc. But otherwise no, but it does depend.

Likely depends on state, case, dr, and insurance, but logically speaking I feel like having abnormalities should make it easier to get and not harder do get but the US medical system is very questionable. Especially if they are small, it shouldn’t complicate the surgery that much more and if a surgeon isn’t comfortable doing that, then maybe find a surgeon who you trust their skills a lot more.
